In 2021, we embarked on a new venture with the inception of Allen Properties, led by Walter Allen and his son, Jamal. With a focus on redefining luxury living, Allen Properties specializes in crafting exclusive residential developments in picturesque locales, particularly in the stunning landscapes of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Our journey began in 1976 when Walter Allen immigrated to Canada. Since then, our commitment to excellence has remained unwavering. From multi-home developments in affluent waterfront communities like Parksville, Qualicum Beach, and Nanoose Bay to sprawling subdivisions in vibrant urban centers such as Mission, Fort St. John, and Nanaimo, we have completed numerous prestigious projects.

Notable among our past projects are multi-home developments on prestigious golf courses, waterfront properties in Nanoose Bay and French Creek, and over 125 multifamily homes in Fort St. John.

Allen Properties’ flagship project is the development of six luxury villas in the Brighton community of St. Vincent. Each villa features a private pool, open-concept design, and breathtaking 180-degree views of the sea and neighboring islands, epitomizing the pinnacle of coastal living.
